More Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island among the photographs.

Also included in this new image release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing distinct sections of the land.

Alongside this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.

More images made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
